MindCloud is an automation platform that connects business systems and turns real processes into production workflows, with support for 3,000+ apps. I work on the AI side of that: agent-driven integrations, LLM-powered workflow tooling, and making many different APIs behave like one predictable system.
AI-simulated customers that ring agents' real phones and certify them before the first live call. I designed and built the platform end-to-end: real-time voice runtime, telephony delivery through Genesys/Amazon Connect/Twilio, persona builder with realism guardrails and difficulty tiers, certification analytics — and the AWS infrastructure behind it, deployed with Terraform.
A clinical simulation platform where medical students practice prescriptions on realistic hospital and outpatient cases, and professors grade them with structured feedback. Multi-tenant, web + iOS app, Supabase backend with RPC-guarded writes and row-level security — in production, used by real classes every week.
